Gates to the festival grounds will open at 12:00pm on Thursday July 24th, 2025 and close on Sunday July 27th, 2025 at 2:00pm.

Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash is an OUTDOOR event and will take place RAIN OR SHINE! Event staff along with local emergency services will provide the best available information in case of severe weather, or a weather emergency affecting the grounds.

Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash has security in well-marked SECURITY T-shirts on duty during the entire event. You're Safe!

All talent advertised in promotional materials have confirmed their appearance. All acts and set times are subject to change. No refunds will be granted resulting from the failure of any act to perform.

Wristbands must be worn at all times. Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash, the Iola Car Show and Funny Farm Productions Inc. are not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen wristbands or tickets.

All sales are final.
The following items are prohibited in the music festival bowl (where the main stage is located):
● No instruments - unless otherwise advertised for a picking session or workshop
● No weapons or firearms of any kind
● No drones
● No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
● No glass containers
● No outside food/beverages
● No coolers
● No professional video or photography equipment without express permission from the event staff

General Campground Info

Campsites are 20’x30’. One vehicle, and gear must fit within this area. Additional vehicles will be required to park in the nearby day lot.

Limit of 8 campers (guests) per site. Each person staying in the campground must have a festival pass.

Campsites are first come first served. If camping with a large group, there is no guarantee that you will be able to camp together if you arrive separately. Please arrive together if you plan on camping together as long as all parties have purchased a 3-Day Pass. With that said, talk to your neighbors if you are trying to save a spot.

General camping is considered “rustic” with no power or water connections. The campground is fairly level, however you are encouraged to bring any blocks necessary for leveling any camper or RV units. When setting up your campsite, please be mindful of neighboring campsites. There are a limited number of 110V electric powered campsites available for a slight upcharge

Potable water, toilets, and shower facilities are available.

Small, contained campfires are allowed on the campground. Some fire rings are available at the site. Rings are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Firewood will be available for sale to benefit local non-profit organizations.

No cutting down trees on the grounds!!
Campground Rules

DRIVE SLOW!!! There are campers all around, keep it to 5-7 MPH for everyone's safety.

Campfires are only allowed in fire rings (rings require a $10 deposit for return). Please keep your campfires at least 10-feet from tents, campers, and vehicles. Campfires will only be permitted if there is no burn-ban issued by local authorities.

Don't burn anything that isn't firewood!!

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS WHATSOEVER WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS!!! You and your entire party will be escorted off the property for ANY violation of this policy.

Dogs are allowed but must be leashed at all times on the festival grounds.

Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00PM to 7:30AM. Any music playing devices and or generators must be turned off. If your campfire is still glowing, and no one from your site is near, festival staff will extinguish it for you.

Please keep all campground jamming acoustic. Leave your PA systems at home so everyone can enjoy the live music of Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash.

All camping equipment must be removed from the grounds by Sunday July 27th, 2025 by 2:00PM. Any vehicle parked after this time may be towed at the owner’s expense. Please keep your parking pass visible in the windshield of your vehicle.
The following are prohibited on the campgrounds:

No weapons or firearms of any kind

No drones

No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia

No fireworks or any type of explosives

No kegs
-
No glass containers of any kind
-
No amplified sound (be respectful of your neighbors)

No ATV's, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
Note that all prohibited items will be confiscated at the point of entry into the music festival site!
Single Day Pass Camping to Avoid Drinking & Driving
Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash does not condone drinking and driving in any capacity! We offer overnight camping with a one-day festival pass. One-night guests are welcome to stay one night in the day-parking lot. We ask that one night guests leave the Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash grounds by 10:00am. If you have too much fun please be safe and just stay overnight!

Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash is an all-ages show, however we do not encourage you to bring children under 12. Parental discretion is advised. All children attending are required to have a ticket.

No scalping or reselling of tickets, or unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed. Every person staying in the campground must have a Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash festival pass. A valid picture ID and age verification wristband is required to purchase and consume alcohol.

All people entering the Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash festival campgrounds do so at their own risk. No Liability is assumed by the promoter, owner, agents, managers, officers, sponsors, employees, volunteers, or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.

Though we have security on site, Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your property locked and properly secured. If you choose to lock valuables in your vehicle make sure they are out of sight. Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents. Any vehicle parked illegally may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash is not responsible for your campsite, conduct, or the conduct of other persons within the campground. Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash is not responsible for any personal injury, or property damage.

Everyone and everything (including vehicles) are subject to search at all entry points.
